How it works:
THE OPERATOR PAYS OUR FEE IF THEY GET THE JOB - NOT YOU.
When an employer asks the FCP Talent Registry for an operator and (after 24 hours) we successfully find one, we will invoice 10% of the value of the job to the operator. Employers NEVER pay a fee for this.
OPERATOR RATES:
Your operator will invoice you directly at a rate you and they agree on. Operators charge various rates but as a guide a professional operator - depending on skill level - will charge between $40 and $70 p/hour (Aus) or £220-400 per day (UK) for short term bookings. Lower rates generally apply for less experienced operators or longer term contracts. If your budget does not allow for full rate operators please mention this in your application and we will try to find an appropriately priced operator.
NO CONTRACTS
After that first job, if the employer and the freelancer make their own ongoing relationship - that is not a problem!
