but it also means that genuinely qualified and talented editors can be harder to locate.

After all, simply owning a copy of Final Cut Studio does not make a great editor
...or Motion Graphics Designer...or Multi-Skilled Broadcast Specialist.

The FCP Talent Registry uses a Preferred Operator System
to rank and categorize the local pool of FCP operators, to make it easy
for us to find a quality operator when you need one.

The Preferred Operator System is our way of rewarding our best operators
with more work and making sure employers always get the best operators available.

The list is consistently revised and updated based on:

1. The operators current reels,
2. feedback from employers
3. any new skills or experience they acquire.


It gets better and more comprehensive every single day.
